Both the core and glute muscles are some of the most important muscles in the body for golfer. Not only to help increase club head speed, but to maintain balance and stability, protect the back/spine and optimise efficiency and ball striking.
Here’s an awesome variation of the Glute Bridge which works the glutes and the core. Working the glute max, glute medius as well are the core whilst resisting rotation, makes it an awesome exercise for golfers.
