You can perform these exercises in the comfort of your own home and they won’t take a few minutes. Attempt to perform them everyday, especially if you are anything like me and will be sitting more (albeit socialising) during the Christmas period.
The exercises included are based around the physical limitations I often see with many golfers I work with. That is:
- Poor Glute Activation
- Limited Hip Mobility
- Limited Thoracic Spine Mobility
- Poor Shoulder Blade Stability
