Golf Fitness “Five in 5” – CORE STABILITY

Golf Fitness Five in 5 Core VIDEO

Five exercises in 5 minutes with the theme of core stability. All exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home and require no equipment. The five exercises include:

  1. Plank
  2. Side Plank
  3. Deadbugs
  4. V-sit
  5. Mountain Climbers

These are all basic core stability exercises to try at home or in the gym. These can be performed as part of a longer workout or as a quick bit of exercise on their own. For example, complete one round during the ad breaks whilst watching the golf on TV.
