Five exercises in 5 minutes with the theme of ‘Dynamic Rotational Mobility’. All exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home and require no equipment. The mobility exercises within this video mainly focus on torso rotational mobility and include:

  1. Forwards Lunge with torso rotation
  2. Lateral bound with torso rotation
  3. Lateral lunge with torso rotation
  4. Windmills
  5. Plank with rotation

You can perform these dynamic mobility exercises at home or in the gym.
