Golf Fitness Five in 5: Rotational Mobility

Five exercises in 5 minutes with the theme of ‘Rotational Mobility’. All exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home and require no equipment. The mobility exercises within this video will help the hips, thoracic spine (trunk or torso) and the shoulders. The five exercises include:

  1. Open book
  2. Quadruped thoracic rotations
  3. Pigeon stretch
  4. Hip drops/ Knee to knee
  5. Shoulder internal/external stretch

These are all basic mobility exercises and stretches to try at home or in the gym. These can be performed as part of a longer stretching routine or as a quick stretch during the day on their own. For example, complete one round during the ad breaks whilst watching the golf on TV.
