Home Golf Workout (For Basic Movement Patterns)

Really simple way to start doing some exercise/strengthening at home (with a couple of resistance bands). Just a few exercises to work the whole body. Designed for those golfers will little/no exercise experience and junior golfers.

Only equipment needed is a looped band and resistance band.

I performed the exercises a little quickly just to demo, so please take your time. Squats, Push ups, Lateral Lunges, Seated Rows, Lateral Mini-Band Walks, Plank, Russian Twists. 2-3 rounds of 40seconds of each exercise.
