  1. Kettlebell Swings – explosive hip power, posterior chain, core strength and hip hinge movement pattern.
  2. Squat & Press – lower body and upper body pressing strength, squat and overhead pressing movement patterns.
  3. Bent over row – back strength and pulling movement pattern
  4. Plank w/ kettlebell taps – anti-rotational core strength

Performing these exercise back-to-back will also help improve conditioning/ cardio-vascular fitness.
