Hi, I’m Matt
Personal Trainer, specialising in Golf Fitness & Weight Loss/Body Composition. This is my website/blog where I write about anything that I’m interested in or feel others might be interested in with regards to GOLF FITNESS, WEIGHT LOSS AND BODY COMPOSITION. This is not only to help myself learn but to help others learn more and achieve their goals.
I have been a personal trainer now for a number of years, as well as being the current Manager at Cottesmore Health Club. I train most of my clients at Cottesmore Health Club with other clients being trained around Sussex and Surrey. I am also the Golf Fitness Instructor for students at the Golf College Lindfield.
I have worked with many male and female clients from the age of 8 to 74 years old. Past and present golfers I have worked with include the Thames Valley U18 Regional Squad, England U18 and U16 players and Sussex and Surrey players from U14 to U18’s. The list goes on to include many other amateur golfers from +4 (inc Marco Penge) to non-handicapped golfers and golf coaches.
I have been lucky enough to meet and learn from many great people working within the golf industry, including Mark Bull and Stewart Corstorphone (Biomechanists), Micheal Dalgleish (Physio) and Dr Jon Pates (Phychologist). I have also worked alongside and have learnt from many golf coaches too.
