More Hip Rotation/Mobility in your Golf Swing

Here’s some ideas to help improve your Hip Internal Rotation during your golf swing.

Hip internal rotation is important (as the video mentions), for an efficient backswing and forward swing. And not to mention, utilising the big muscles around the hips to power the golf swing and help hit the ball further. Limited hip rotation is something I see with a lot of golfers (mostly men and not so much women).
