New Video on YouTube HERE. It demonstrates a few of my favourite Pulling Exercises for Golfers. Namely, Pull Ups, Bent Over Rows, Inverted Rows and Deadlifts, with variations of each. So there is no excuse not to include more Pulling Exercises into your golf fitness training programme. I recommend performing 2 pulling exercises to every 1 pushing exercise for most golfers.
