Golf Fitness Program Membership

ONLINE GOLF FITNESS/ PERSONAL TRAINING

Bespoke online GOLF FITNESS TRAINING starts at £80 per month OR for 3-months £220.00. This includes a bespoke exercise program based around your goals, a golf warm up, nutritional coaching and support.

Step 1
Message me at matt@mattscottgolf.com to sign up to online training.

Step 2
Complete a questionnaire about your golf, health and fitness to help customise you programme.

Step 3
Complete a simple Movement And Fitness Assessment which takes about 30 minutes to complete. This includes a video demonstration of all tests. Record yourself performing the tests and send it back.

Step 4
You will receive an invite to download our Free Fitness App, Trainerize. With your completed questionnaire and Movement Assessment, we will build you a bespoke programme within 48hours. All exercises within your programme will have video demonstrations on the Trainerize App.

1-2-1 Golf Fitness & Personal Training

With any new client, we start with an assessment session (up to 90mins); tests and assessments will depend upon goals etc. Initial assessment session (inc. bespoke exercise program, golf warm up, nutritional coaching and support for up to 1 month) cost starts at £80.00.

All training is available at Cottesmore Golf and Country Club or I am available to come to you around the South East (inc. sussex, Surrey, Kent, Hampshire, London) (prices will vary dependent upon distance/location).

Kick start your Golf Fitness with this FREE 10-minute home stretching programme. It is a progression from the stretching programme in the 30-day challenge where some golfers saw up to 30% increase in driving distance and 17% increase in club head speed.

New to exercise but looking for something to help improve your golf from the comfort of your own home… THIS exercise program is the best place to start. Follow the video of exercises and pdf document, tracking your progress over 8-weeks.

    Hope you are well ? You used to see my son Archie jones and he his getting keen on golf we r moving to the isle of White soon and was wondering if we could get something going ?
