Strength Training for Senior Golfers

Here’s a great place to start improving your strength for golf and daily living particularly if you’re a senior golfer. These exercises are great for improving strength, stability, posture and balance in the whole body. They only require a couple of bits of equipment and therefore, you be performed at home and in the gym.

If you are new to exercise and/or strength/resistance training, these exercises are a great place to start. If you already follow an exercise program, make sure you add these or variations of these into your program.
