Here’s five of my favourite exercises to improve thoracic spine (t-spine/mid spine/trunk/torso) mobility to help improve your golf:
- Open books
- Quadruped t-spine rotations
- Figure 4
- Seated trunk rotations with lateral flexions
These exercises can help get a bigger backswing, increase club head speed and driving distance. They can also help reduce the risk of low back pain (i.e. more t-spine rotation and less movement from the lumber spine).
